Cylindo is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help find and retain excellent people - especially within the tech field. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, acquire talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and Cylindo people.

To excel as Talent Acquisition Manager in the People Operations Team, we expect you to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and lead talent acquisition, hiring plans and strategies

  • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts

  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs

  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) and take responsibility for all administration and organization of the needed paperwork

  • Lead employment branding initiatives for all Cylindo offices

  • Create and suggest new interviewing procedures, techniques and improvements of the candidate experience

  • Assist in people retention and development programs

  • Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles

  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events

  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement


  • 3+ years experience as tech talent acquisition manager within the software industry

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding

  • Experience with recruiting a wide range of job profiles including software developers, artistic roles, sales roles etc.

  • Excellent communicator, well organized and a strategic thinker

  • Ability to handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion and good judgement

  • Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology or relevant field
